The following guidelines must be followed for all programs (including players, coaches and spectators) participating in a DVLL play day

  • Failure to follow any of these guidelines will result in a request/reminder by one of the SFYLAX DVLL organizers to abide by the guidelines. 
  • Further refusal to abide by the guidelines will result in that person, family, program being removed from the DVLL with no refund given.
  • These guidelines are not up for Medical or Political Debate, these ensure our kids can play lacrosse this Spring

  • All Spring-Ford players must complete the Health Check in Team Snap and indicate their availability for the game/practice (for contract tracing purposes).  The following questions will require answers and a “Yes” to any question will require that player not attend.
    • Have you experienced a fever of 100.4ºF or greater in the past 14 days?
    • Have you received a positive result from a COVID-19 test within the past 14 days?
    • In the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with anyone that has or had symptoms of COVID-19 that required you to quarantine?
    • In the past 14 days, have you or someone you have been in close contact with traveled to an area that required quarantine upon return?
    • In the past 14 days, have you experienced any of these symptoms that are not attributed to another health condition: cough, loss of smell or taste, runny nose, shortness of breath, or a sore throat?
  • Attendance at games limited to immediate family.  Attendance at Practices are not limited
  • All Spectators, Coaches and Referees must wear a mask for the duration of the time they are at the game/practice.  Spectators, Coaches and Referees should maintain 6 feet of social distancing
  • Each child should bring their own water bottle, clearly identified as theirs.
  • We strongly recommend following the PA Mandate on mask wearing for all players.  It can be read HEREA FAQ on this order can be found HERE.   It will not be the responsibility of anyone other than the child/parent to enforce this.
  • At the conclusion of a team's games/practice, the parent, coach and player should all return to their cars immediately,

  • Each coach/program leader must certify through the COVID Health Assessment and Certification Form that the kids they are bringing to the Play Day have answered “No” to the following questions for each play day they attend and that the programs have some method to record and track these responses.  If a child answers yes to any of the questions or is not feeling well the day proceeding or day of the play day, they must remain at home.
    • Have you experienced a fever of 100.4ºF or greater in the past 14 days?
    • Have you received a positive result from a COVID-19 test within the past 14 days?
    • In the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with anyone that has or had symptoms of COVID-19 that required you to quarantine?

  • Maximum of 1 Spectator per child in attendance.
  • All Spectators, Coaches and Referees must wear a mask for the duration of the time they are at the play day.  Spectators, Coaches and Referees must maintain 6 feet of social distancing
  • Each child must bring their own water bottle, clearly identified as theirs.
  • We strongly recommend following the PA Mandate on mask wearing for all players.  It can be read HEREA FAQ on this order can be found HERE.   It will not be the responsibility of anyone other than the child/parent to enforce this.
  • At the conclusion of a team's games, the parent, coach and player must all return to their cars immediately, this excludes the program responsible for field clean-up.
